Switzerland’s JU-Air returns Junker F13 into service JU-Air (Dübendorf) has put into commercial service a Junker F13, more than 85 years after the type was retired. HB-RIM (cn 13-001), a replica of the iconic six-seater, operated its first flight for the airline on September 9 from its Dübendorf base.  The F13 was the world’s first all-metal transport aircraft, and entered into service 97 years ago. The passenger charter company also operates a fleet of four Ju-52s.
